Offshore Development

PakCyber offers offshore software development in two ways: 

Software coding

Where the client usually comes up with a spec for developing a product. This is taken up by PakCyber and developed exactly as stated in the spec. The client also chooses the language to use for development, the SDKs etc. and the only service that PakCyber offers is the conversion of the concept to code. 

Software Development

Where PakCyber provides a true working partnership with its clients as follows:

PakCyber offers testing services to third party software developers using performance specifications provided by the client.. Proper tests and testing procedures are developed using Visual Test. Bugs are reported to the client along with recommendations.  

Technical Writing

PakCyber also offers technical writing services. Technical writers are trained at PakCyber on third party applications, and manuals are written according to client specifications. 

Software Technical Support

PakCyber offers support to the client’s customers through email. As in Technical Writing, Application Engineers are trained on the application. They can then provide the client’s customers the first level of technical support. If a higher level of expertise is required the problems are escalated to the clients’ technical support department.
